The hotel is very pretty and nice. The hotel staff is a bit rude and didn't inform us a lot of things on time. We had to go to the reception quite a number of times for small problems, especially for restaurant orders. Staff was rude in the sense also that they used to disconnect and the call without answering the question well. The hotel is nice but 3 stars for staff.

The hotel is located in North Nusa Dua on the main Road. The hotel has good rooms and rooftop infinity pool and restaurant. The hotel also provides free shuttle to nearby beaches and locations. The staff was friendly and had variety of options in breakfast.
