The Sakala Resort Bali - All Suites

Resort is extremely luxurious! We stayed in a family suite which was excellent, very hospitable staff, always helpful and special mention for the Indian food we had here, it was amazing!

The service was top-notch – attentive, friendly, and anticipatory. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring. But what truly stole the show was the food! The resort's culinary offerings were a highlight of my stay, with delicious meals that showcased the best of local flavors. What impressed me most, however, was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Sakala Resort team. They made me feel like family, and their passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience shone through in every interaction.

Location is a bit away as compared to other properties. Food was very good. Rooms were very spacious and we booked a pool view room. They have an excellent swimming pool with bar. Staff was very nice and courteous. Check inn and check out was very smooth.

Our stay at sakala resort bali is perfect stay for honeymoon beach front and amazing view staff was really friendly.

Hotel was huge and spacious in area upto next level and superb, the property rooms, ambience, restaurant, pool was fantastic. View was mind blowing just beside nusa dua beach where you can enjoy all the water activity fun.

Slow service, less variety in buffet

Hotel looked nice from the outside once you enter looks like dungeon, we stayed 2 nights and checked out early because we also got basement room with no view on our honeymoon did not appreciate requested to get new room but they could not provide and also did not clean room properly every day only made bed and left.

Location is good, hotel is good and service is also good.

I just spend my time in hotel and in The premises of hotel. The hotel is too good to stay.

Company services are very poor, we did not receive the services as mentioned during booking.

Food for vegetarian is not good.

Very nice rooms couldn't have any better rooms than this, food is good with big variety and some Indian food options as well, good place for people who want to spend time in peace and relax at the property.

Good location but they kept asking me for breakfast which I had paid through MMT. Room service was quite slow.

Beach is not clean at the location. But still they can make it up by providing better service.

Whilst check-in was good and the property is nice but the service related to house keeping needs improvement. There was no cutlery in the room to drink a simple tea and the guy who delivered the cutlery said that there is no spoon and please call room dining. Basic checks need to be done before a guest checks in.
