The location of the property is good right in the middle of Kuta Market , very nice 18 Suite Villa Loft by AMITHYA room with private pool very neat and clean also provided 4 complimentary mineral water not ordinary water. But here are few issues : firstly no proper break’s for indians , just bread and butter that can be eaten, the lady who was working on the food desk was annoyed and not welcoming, we asked for an omlete and coffee, she gave us the items with a ridcule face as if she doesnt want us around. Apart from here others were good and welcoming, will suggest people to stay in Kuta and in this 18 Suite Villa Loft by AMITHYA/suite for minimum 5 days as it is too relaxing . Just ignore the food lady she was good for nothing 😅. Also to add the room was decorated beautifully. Thanks a ton for your hospitality.

18 SUITES VILLA LOFT AT KUTA..I HAVE STAYED HERE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.VERY NEAR TO AIRPORT , MARKET,INDIAN RESTAURANTS AND MALLS .FRIENDLY STAFF AND PROFESSION ,ALWAYS READY TO HELP.EASY CHECK IN PROCESS.ROOMS ARE EXCELLENT.STAYED IN PRIVATE POOL VILLA (2 STOREY FLOOR) . BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR PRIVACY. ROOMS ARE WELL EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE EMINITIES.

The villa was great. Everything was well maintained. It was really relaxing to stay there and it was worth the price we paid for. The complimentary breakfast can be improved but otherwise room is great.

Stay was excellent this place is very close to beaches malls and restaurants this is the right place for people who love complete privacy and to stay away from noise and pollution

The property was awesome and having nice private pool with bathtub. The staffs were helpful and price was justified. Room was romantically decorated.
