Excellent hospitality. The concierge desk people were so helpful and friendly. Never felt like I was in a foreign country. They were cooperative at all points during our stay.

It was very good. Hotel management was Overall good. The staff was very coordinating. Only thing I didn’t like was that they did not give me a single bottle of water as complementary.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location – everything else was a letdown. The service was terrible, and the staff were not only unhelpful but also rude in their behavior. The room was unbelievably small, cramped, and uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing – no toiletries were provided, which is shocking for a hotel of this category. To make matters worse, the air conditioning hardly worked, leaving the room hot and stuffy. Cleanliness was also questionable, and there seemed to be no attention to guest comfort at all. When we tried to raise our concerns, the staff showed no interest in resolving them. Overall, it felt like the management has no idea of hospitality. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to look for alternative options. The location may be convenient, but the frustration and poor experience are simply not worth it.

It was a bad experience as the property was under renovation. They have reduced the size of the rooms. They didn’t provide even towels.

There is no proper lighting in the room. No one has come for cleaning the beds and room, also, no hand wash liquid, no other useful articles like brush, shaving razor. All together the service is very bad. I will not prefer this hotel in my future travels.

Very bad experience

Very poor customer service. The room was not cleaned or made up even after requesting multiple times. Towels were only changed after repeated requests. The room lighting was very dim, and overall, the room was not properly maintained.

Nice location for Indian, stay room is good , small compared to china. Overall experience is good. Indian food is nearby. No water bottle inside for free.

No water was provided, no proper mugs, no proper tea/coffee sachets

Hotel is little low in ambience, phone was not working, locker was not working and little shady place as expected. I have been here earlier there was carpet in flooring that was also removed so they are not upgrading anything just keep on removing things as it gets worse.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my accommodation in rio, room 308. I could not sleep due to the numerous cockroaches in the room, and the blocked water drainage made it impossible to take a bath. Additionally, the pillows and bed sheets were dirty, and the condition of the walls was very poor. No water no tea/coffee pouch were provided.
