Amazing location for a first time tourist

The place has a metro station right next to it. In fact an elevator practically drops you to the Splendid Etoile Hotel’s doorstep. What more would a first time tourist need? breakfast menu was decent though they do well in preparing a go-to box too, if requested for. Washroom had a lot of water spillover from bathtub to the floor. I don’t know why, though it was rectified the next day.
