Good hotel with poor emergency service

My little daughter locked our passport in the safe and forgot the passcode. There was no on there in the night to open the safe on emergency. We had to catch 7:30 am morning train and their security guy was only available from 8 am We spent the night to reach the security guy ( with the help of front desk guy- who by the way was helpful). Reached her at 5 am but she plainly refused to come and help. Came only at 8 am. We missed our train and had to rebook an expensive train in the afternoon. Any Hotel Peyris Opera should have overnight emergency services.

Very convenient location. Centrally located with metro stations to all important attractions are within short walking distance. Excellent service by the staff members. Quite safe. Decent room and breakfast.

Property location was good with nearby metro stations within a radius of 1km. Did not opt for food and hence, no comments. Services were also quite good.
