Hotel Libertel Gare de l'Est Francais

The room did not match the description at all. There were no wooden flooring as per described in your details. There were no slippers as well.

The room was too small for 2 persons and there was no almirah or any space to keep the luggage.Breakfast was also not good and service was also poor.The staff was also not very cooperative Only good point was it location near to the station

Location : just besides Gare de l'est railway station and metro. Many Indian restaurants within 500 metres. Food : Did not have food in the hotel Amenities : Basic amenities are available. No water in the room (they have it near the reception area) Services : I stayed for 3 nights. All receptionists were well versed with English and were very welcoming. Even a wine bottle opener was available when I needed one!! Room was a bit small for my comfort. It was difficult to keep more than 2 large bags comfortably. But its the same everywhere in Paris. Merci beaucoup!

Excellent stay, very near to metro so convinient to move around. Room size is bit small but no issues with me. Lots of eating option including french, mexican, indian amd oriental. Overall very satisfactory stay and will come back again.

Location is very nice with 2 railway stations within 10 minutes walk. One grocery store next door open 24 hrs. Many restaurants within 100 meters including kfc, mcdonald's, burger king. Rooms are very compact, don't expect a luxary.

Its not first time I had a stay in this hotel, this is my 3rd time. I always prefer to stay in this hotel when I come to Paris for business. Because its center place in heart of the Paris. Staff is very good in behaviour. Specially Shamim.

We booked classic double room which never mentioned that they all are next to the Lift. It makes too much of noise. This hotel is not advisable, if you want to have peaceful sleep. But he location is the plus point for this hotel. Rooms all are very small(if you have luggage, then don't go for it).

Great location, good service and facilities (but poor wifi). Hotel highly recommended! Workers were very helpful and room was clean. We did not use restaurant or breakfast so cannot rank it. Overall very good!

Family rooms are compact size but clean and well maintained. Good location and accessible by metro and buses. Indian restaurants and supermarkets are near by. Hotel staff is very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Libertel Hotel is good but room size as compared to displayed in pictures is small. Overall it's a good hotel and at excellent location. Gare du Nord (Paris railway station) is at walking distance I. E. 5 mins walk

Good and friendly staff. Excellent location. Clean rooms and very close to the Central Station. The staff Shamim and Alexander were very friendly and happy to help. Supermarket and Indian restaurants were very closeby.

Right opposite to Gare de l'est metro station. If you want to explore the city this hotel is perfect place to get around using the Paris metro. There is supermarket, coffee shops around this hotel. Rooms are really small but if you are here to explore the city and spend time outside then this budget hotel is good considering the location.
