Good location and average hotel to stay

Hotel location is very good. Just outside the metro Bir Hakeim or RER C line. It's around 500m walking distance for Eiffel Tower. Nearby many supermarkets and restaurants. Didn't like the room or way to room it's very small passage and room not have much space to put out 2 baggage. Front office is quite small desk and person was not much grateful. We had 3 Hotel Eiffel Seines in Paris, many in Italy and everyone was ready to provide at least a map or way to go out. But here welcome is cold hearted. Rest of thing for Hotel Eiffel Seine is good.
Good Hotel for a short stay

The Hotel was very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. Excellent location. The rooms and the toilets are clean and the receptionists are all polite. The rooms are quite small though, so its good for a short visit of about 3 to 4 nights at the most. There are plenty of restaurants in and around the Hotel Eiffel Seine. All in all, it was a good Hotel Eiffel Seine.

Property location is very good. We enjoyed the stay. Walking was minimal to major attractions. However, the corridors in the Hotel Eiffel Seine was very narrow.

We stayed at Hotel Eiffel Seine Eiffel Seine in July 2015 for 3 days. It is 5 minutes from the Eiffel tower. The room was small but good with clean mattresses and bathroom. The receptionist Ms Frederique was exceptionally helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

On the banks of the Skinner river, 3 minute walk to the Eiffel tower, bang opposite the Bir Hakim metro station, all kinds of bars and restaurants nearby, for a first time visitor to Paris the ideal location. I would not think of staying anywhere else when I am in Paris again.
Within the limited space, everything was arranged in an artistic manner.
