The stay was decent but the night manager was horrible. He didn’t know anything about customer service. He was extremely rude and impolite.

Its economical value for money. Good place to stay. Near public transit & the train station. Near the city center, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants & bars nearby. The metro stop - Segur - is about one and half blocks from the hotel and after travelling all day and night to come up out of the metro and be met with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Guests appreciated the friendly, professional staff.
