Campanile Hotel Paris Bercy Village

Appreciate the people at reception. They are very helpful. Generous breakfast. Rooms are bit small but cozy and comfortable.

Worst. Worst customer care of make my trip. No suitable option. Just looping again and again to unnecessary things.

Room sizes are small, it is not value for money

We stayed for 2n in this hotel located close to metro line 14. The rooms were cozy, but clean and the breakfast offered variety and freshness. The location is close to bercy park but a little far from major tourist attractions. If you use metro lines like a pro then it is easy to commute.

It was well maintained place breakfast ok daily cleanliness in toiletries only soap and body was provided location superb

I stayed in this property for 1 night. The property is outside the city center. It is quiet and has less vehicle noise and disturbance. However the rooms are very small for the price i paid. But the rooms are nice and tidy. The breakfast was decent. All in all, nice stay with my wife.

It was good hotel and staff very cooperative/helpful. We reached late due to flight delayed but they cooperated well also additional kids who need special care they did. I would rate 5* for all hotel hospitality and staff cooperation

Nice accommodation with great connectivity

Hotel is good and location is very near to Metro station. Had some issue during check-in as they mentioned I need to pay though my booking is prepaid. They took a while to sort the issue and finally confirmed they have received the payment. Room is good and clean. Housekeeping come everyday and clean the room and bathroom, overall I am happy. Rate is expensive, but I believe all the hotels in Paris are expensive.
