Avalon Hotel Paris Gare du Nord

In spite of booking a superior double room, the room initially assigned to us was very small, with a slanting ceiling and a bathtub awkwardly placed both in the room and in the bathroom. Furthermore, there was no lift available, and we had to carry two heavy luggage bags up a narrow spiral staircase. The room felt extremely suffocating, so we requested a change and pointed out that we had been given the wrong room. The second room provided had no Wi-Fi connection, and only after this inconvenience were we moved to a third room, which was slightly better. Unfortunately, this entire process took nearly two hours and caused us a great deal of discomfort at the start of our stay.

Very prominent location walking distance to g. Nord station and you can find out several options of food

Very small room intercom (phone was dead) plastic cups given in room no tea/coffee premix (least you expect from a 3 star) very dim lights, couldn't see much in the evening will not recommend to families.

Not safe property. Rooms are very small and not good. The hotel takes 1 day security deposit event ho-ugh paid . Not sure when it will be credited back

It is an ok hotel, not so great rooms are small and if you are vegetarian then there is no option for you except for bread butter and fruits.

Location is nearest to Railway station, , service is very good, property is excellent, I love ❤ to stay.

Comfortable stay. Location is wonderful n the rooms have all the amenities. Staff is always helpful with a smile. Recommend it to people who are looking for a decent stay in paris.

I found the food variety for breakfast a little bit less, especially considering that i am a vegetarian. There could have been a little more variety. Hygiene was ok. Security and safety was excellent.

Just next to Gard de Nord. Spacious room.

Hospitality and staff behavior specially of Fed was excellent. Room was not that great, corridor was not having light and lift was suffocating. Location excellent.
