Poor Stay

I checked in around midnight, and unfortunately, the reception staff did not inform me that I was being placed in a 3-bedroom apartment, even though my booking was for a standard hotel room without a kitchen. As I was traveling alone, I told the receptionist that I could not stay in a 3-bedroom apartment. Initially, she said the hotel was full, but after I insisted, she eventually moved me to the hotel side. Additionally, I was addressed simply as "lady" instead of being called by my name or "Ms.," which I found unprofessional and impersonal.
