The The Westin Ningbo is located rite in downtown so 5 star to the location. The The Westin Ningbo staff is very friendly and supportive. Few of them are able to understand and speak english, so communicating with them was to an extend hassle free. Breakfast was great with a wide spread of bakery products making a foreigner feel homely. The chef understood my food requirements well. The rooms are comfortable and kinda value for housekeeping was prompt in my four night stay i don't remember i had to wait for more than 5 mins for the assistance or deliverables.
