Amazing Experience with Novetel. Breakfast was nice. Room was near & Clean. Location is prime & calm exactly backside of Shanghai towers.

The hotel had a very big room, a very beautiful view from the room. Very well cleaned room. Staff is also very friendly. The breakfast is the highlight of the hotel. The property is good,very nice location. staff is polite, supportive and friendly. breakfast timing is up to 10am and should be increased to atleast 1030am. aside this there is mall with in premises and I stayed at 42nd floor which has very good scenic view. must book property

Excellent hotel, amenities updated to best in class. Large breakfast spread at revolving restaurant

Stay was comfortable. Their revolving restaurant is the main attraction but only drawback is that they serve international buffet only in that revolving restaurant so we decided not to go. Also in their breakfast a lot of international food variety is available. A small corner for Indian breakfast was there with potato beg and maida roti only. So no Indian food is available in the hotel. Although we have ordered our food through calling Indian restaurant nearby like Indian kitchen. They provide aata tawa roti but they take extra for delivering.

Lovely hotel, with great views of the city center. Top notch customer service, wide variety of menu for the breakfast. Only a 10 min walk from the nearest Metro Station.

Hotel staff mostly person not speaking english.

Hotel is right in the middle of the business district so not so good for family travellers.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Hotel location is near to bund area. All rooms are located from 30 floors upward with very nice view. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is good. Front desk people are friendly. But rooms are small, cleanliness is OK, food ranges are good. Overall experience is satisfactory. But they have to look in price factor.

Overall stay experience is good. Room are clean and well maintained. Staff is good and humble. Having good breakfast at 2nd floor is good with lots of options for non vegetarian or Chinese food lover. I am vegetarian and found some option to take in breakfast.

Vegetarian dishes to be added it's big problem anywhere in Chinese hotels I have spent nearly 9 nights in different locations but everywhere vegetarian food was an issue.
Our room was at 42 floor, view was really good but interiors are old design that too I know it is difficult to change but small change can make big difference.

Must visit the room had great views and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent and courteous staff, particularly the Manager Ms. Flora, secondly concierge was very helpful finding the locations and restaurants, overall a very good experience. Ms. Flora the Manager also helped us with early check in at the hotel.
