One of the best Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Hongqiao i have stayed as the staff is very humble and polite and the manager miss. Vicky she is so sweet to treat us the best the Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Hongqiao ambience is good as we are vegetarian so could not enjoy the food but for non-vegetarian it is the best. Tq miss. Vicky for everything the front office staff is so polite that gave us the return gift also i am very thankful to you.

Hotel location is well connected and near to necc. Food and room quality match hilt-on standards. Staff knows english and cooperative. Always they are ready to serve you. At reception they have multi welcome drinks.
