They have a shuttle bus service for pick and drop but I face language problem while talk to Shanghai Joyful Star Hotel reception when want to call Shanghai Joyful Star Hotel to pick me from the airport. Then I do my personal taxi. Otherwise, everything is good.

Food was ok. Not many options were present for Asian, no juice, no milk, no fruits were included in buffet moreover housekeeping service was awesome, Shanghai Joyful Star Hotel staff was helping.
