Excellent Stay The hotel is conveniently located very near to Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) and Shanghai Hongqiao high speed train station. Also there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. There is also an Indian restaurant Lazeez which serves vegetarian Indian food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has ample choices with many vegetarian options. The property is newly built and very clean, rooms are spacious with all standard amenities.

Stay was good room was good

The stay was terrriblr. The acc doesn’t work or they are doing some energy conservation. We were sweating. Even in march it was the same. They do some drama like checking the ac. Last time was given another room. But this time was offered to stay with a fan. Very frustrating. They need to do something with the air conditioners. Foreigners are not used to their entertainment conservation system. Terible terrible

This was my third stay in the hotel. Due to its proximity with railway station i preferred. The last time also had faced the issue of the airconditioner not working suddenly in. Night and they changed the room for me. This time it was worst the ist day it was working. The 2 nd day it wasn’t and we were sweating. But this time they didn’t change the room and came and made some drama and said the ac is okay and then sent a fan. This i checked with other guests and they have faced this issues as well. This hotel in order to save energy is having some thing which does not allow for proper cooling. Both times in night we had this issue. We had to leave at 5:30 in mornign and at 1:00 to 2:00 am in morning we are in this ordeal. The reception is so heartless that they say it is normal. The attendant we showed them how we sweat. They just say keep the fan or can get one more fan is this really the standard hydration hotel

The location of the hotel was apt and very comfortable. Ambience, hospitality deserve a special mention. Indeed had a pleasant experience

It was a good experience, good service from the staff and good behaviour as well to support you with any needs in terms of transportation and baggage

Just slept in the hotel. Ask for pick-up breakfast as I was to take early morning flight. Being vegetarian not much of choice.
