The Hotel is in residential area, so close to other houses that one can smell the cooking in other homes & can clearly listen to the people talking in neighbouring houses.

We are sorry to hear that you felt frustrated when your request to cancel the room booked through Makemytrip could not be accommodated, as we do not have control over bookings made through third-party online platforms. We understand that you were looking for a property in a more natural setting, whereas our hotel is located closer to the Thimphu city centre. We also wish to clarify that some of the points mentioned in your review are not accurate because our immediate neighbourhood is another hotel-a 3-star hotel and we feel it is important to clarify this so that future guests are not misinformed.
