Excellent property and we'll maintained. Very few The Capital Hotel Thimphus in thimpu which is air-conditioning. The reception is very prompt and helpful. Only downside of this property is it restaurant with sloppy manager and equally sloppy staff members. Dinner buffet menu was terrible and almost nothing available by 8. 30 pm even though i called them beforehand. Same experience for the buffer breakfast. Thoroughly mis managed

The capital @ thimphu far exceeded my expectations on all fronts: ease of checkin and welcoming at reception, large room with excellent amenities, great spa and sauna treatments, and food. Was expecting a basic meal for free dinner but the variety and quantity served was again beyond expectations. All in all a great experience for the night i stayed at the The Capital Hotel Thimphu.
