The hotel should be sure of the booking.There was some confusion about inclusion of breakfast. This could have been avoided.

EXCELLENT hotel,with very professional staff,wonderful room with great amenities& hotel water.Hotel has a great travel desk by Ms Jyotisunar,arranged all our tourist site visits in THIMPHU& PARO,with wonderful tour guide Ms Lhamo & car driver Arun.It was a great experience.Whole family felt at home for such a wonderful vacation.Yatris must book at Gakil center of town for a wonderful experience.A must visit& stay hotel.Wow.

Room was big and spacious with breathtaking view, all staff are very friendly and courteous. Location was also very good. Ms Champa the manager was ready to help any time.

Very beautiful you very near to city centre you can enjoy the lot you enjoying yourself also please near to the bus stand near to the stadium near to the clock tower food is a very excellent mainly food kolhapuri dish very excellent wi-fi connectivity is very nice you have shampoo body lotion etc services absolutely good coffee and tea water hot water boiler one king size bed

The location was excellent as its right in the city centre. The food menu was predominately indian but the food was decent

We had 4 rooms (2 x twin, 2 x double) rm nos were 402, 403 and 404, 405. The twin rooms were good, with enough ventilation thru windows, hooks to hang jackets etc on, enough table space. But the doubles were cramped, no hooks or enough table space. The worst was that both the double rooms had bed bugs. Both the couples in these rooms woke up each morning with bites. That just shows that these rooms were not cleaned properly in a long time. Another thing was that they don't give mineral water bottles ( norm is to provide 2 /day) all other hotels in our entire trip used to give the normal plus extra if required. Only the location of this hotel was good. Food was also very very oily. Hence overall not happy with this hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, the rooms were extremely good. The food was great. We had a great stay.

Hotel location is good (near clock tower and mid of market ) but the food is average not many items also the breakfast menu is too limited. Taste is average also. Some issues with the washroom (jet spray is not working properly and shower as well. As per my view the hotel is bit costly as per their service.

Staffs are good and well maintained rooms. It's fourth stay at this hotel. Market place is very near and communication also good.

Hotel was clean and good but throughout bhutan we faced problems in terms of food at the hotel. Everything we ordered was not thr and was asked to have food tht was suggested by the hotel.

Excellent staff, nice airy rooms, could do better with room supplies of toiletries and other goodies. Locker availability would be a plus.

Location is in the heart of city

The stay was excellent, the hotel location was very good in the main heart of thimpu city, and indian food was very good and the staff were very soft spoken and friendly.
