Location very good, amenities also up to the mark and room services are excellent. Staff also very cooperative.

Hotel is beautiful. I visited dis hotel in 2017 and seven years back we booked it again in july 2024. Its very clean, spacious as before very well maintained. I love d hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location, room size is excellent. Breakfast was very limited (variety wise)and cold. Staff were ok, wi-fi was weak.

The ambience inside the rooms are so comfortable that u won't feel cold even withhout woolen clothes. The staff was very friendly and the food was very delicious. Worth every si gke penny.

It was our last night in bhutan here and we needed the stay to explore the local city. The rooms were spacious but basic. Service was average.

Location of the hotel is very good, in a small city everything in close proximity. Lobby, room is very good. Food quality is poor, may be december is off season so vegetables are very selective mostly not available. In my surprise at the time of checkout they take 3% extra for credit card. But their machine was not working for card payment. This is not expected from this type of hotel. Over and above after clearing everything, after 15 min received a call that your bill is pending please come back. They showed me a bill of 200 inr which they forgot to take. I never expected this.

Clean and spacious rooms with great view of the mountains. Courteous staff and conveniently located.

We (Family of 3) had an amazing 4 nights stay at City Hotel Thimphu. The hotel is well connected to the town and the room had beautiful mountain view. We had a very smooth check-in upon arrival. All the employees of the hotel that we have come across were very courteous, helpful and accommodated almost all our requests. We were mostly in touch with Namgay from the guest relation who assisted us with most of our requirements throughout our stay. She have also arranged our tour guide (Nado) who was spot on and very hospitable too that we ended up asking him to be our guide for all the stay dates in Thimphu and Paro.
