We went there as a honeymoon couple and it was awesome. Room was spacious, perfect luxurious washroom, tasty food.

The service was good and the staff was helpful. The food variety and taste could have been better especially vegetarian food.

Everything about the hotel was perfect- it’s location is right next to where the Chimi Lhakhang walking trail starts and the valley views are mesmerising. Punakha Dzong is a 20 min drive away. And it’s on the way from Punakha to Wangdue. It’s decor is authentic Bhutanese and is beautiful. The staff is super responsive and helpful. Food is good, though slightly expensive. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Punakha.

They had arranged candle light dinner and a special cake for us. Also a complimentary drink was given.

The resort is well maintained but don’t have many options at breakfast. Punakha has very fewer hotels and resorts so we have booked this resort. Taj is under construction in Punakha near river. Consider choices before you select this one. Average overall good stay.

Bad food, no options, Indian food tasted very bad and half the services they did not have, spa and massage services were refused, tv cable not working properly at all, bathroom not very hygienic, rooms were making so much noise while moving.

This hotel is nice. It gives pleasure of living in place.

Breakfast variety is very limited. Lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Lovely hotel, feels like you are in palace. Service and food is really good. View is just amazing from hotel rooms, dinning and top.

Rkpo is a good Resort located close driving distance to major attractions in Punakha, higher floor rooms have very good views. Staff are polite, food quality and taste were very good. We could have a morning trek to Chimmi Lakhang temple walking through the fields. Overall good experience.

Location is great. It is midway between two markets. Beautiful paddy fields open up in the morning. Ala carte menu price is exorbitant. Probably a tactic to push the buffet dinners. Overall friendly warm staff.

The location and services were great but food and internet connectivity needs improvement.

Good location, large rooms, good staff but WiFi is very slow which can be managed as you are on holiday.

Wonderful stay and highly recommend for anyone staying in Punakha.
Excellent property and loved every bit of the stay. Barring the network issue for payment with card and the slow internet everything in the hotel is absolutely perfect.

One should go for this resort if in punaka Bhutan. Amazing scenery from the hotel in the midst of mountains. Very nice hotel with excellent rooms and wonderful staff.

Th resort is at good place but found it a bit expensive compared to the facilities they offer. Food is not great but just ok to have else one needs to travel outside. But did not know expect to get good food outside too as this place is not having much to offer. Better stay at hotel and have their cooked food only. To me it is an average stay but location is good and I believe as far as I understood other places also will have similar trends of resources offered in their hotels. But I still recommend the place as staff was very nice and courteous and they provided the best they had during my visit. Average place for food but still I recommend for stay. Do not think we have much options in Punakha. Go for it.
