Hotel Zangto Pelri

Pretty good cottages and rooms. Very good view of the valley. Far location from city, difficult to travel without own vehicle, decent food but brought from downtown which takes time, electrical connections were a problem but were set right by staff, they need support.

Hotel is a bit far from the main Town. Food is good but costly. Taxi fare is very high.

Its one of the oldest resorts in Bhutan located in a beautiful mountain view from the room is breath taking. The resort staff are polite and well-behaved, rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, but the heater in the room was not properly working that was the only disadvantage.

Good staff and hospitality. Rooms were good and services were also good.

The staff was very helpful, they served us food despite it being late at night. The washroom had a good shower. The bedroom was comfortable and warm.

No wi-fi services in room, only at lobby but it was too cold

The stay at Zangto Pelri was good but the only problem that we faced was no internet in the rooms and during jan it is really cold to go outside in their restaurant and lobby area to find the network.

I stayed with my friends here. The Hotel location is amazing on mountain the view is very good, thought it is far from the City. But if one loves the nature and wants to spend some time away it's a best place. The food was good and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Hotel name will quite confuse you since it is differ at signboard of hotel. It's Hotel Zangdo Pelri written there. Further the map location given by MMT is also wrong. No hotel telephone number mention by the MMT. It is all fault of MMT. However hotel is relatively good but far from residential area. No WiFi in the room, only available at lobby.

The wi-fi only works in the restaurant and near the reception. No wi-fi in the rooms. The food is good and the staff is friendly.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Location is close to town center (1km). Rooms are clean and worth the money. Food is really good.

1st thing about location is that it's few far away from market and taxi stand but no worries about it hotel staff arrange taxi as your requirements this hotel is like a farmhouse. Foods are testy one thing more you should test here "MASALA PAPAD" as we it was very testy and piquant as we Indian want. All hotel staff are very good service is also.

Very close to the immigration office in Thimphu, Hotel has all the necessary amenities to keep you comfortable

Excellent and very peaceful location. Very good food. Very courteous and hospital staff. I strongly suggest this place for any travelers visiting Punakha.

Very humble chef and considered our infant meal also. Great hospitality thou it was short but pleasant.

The Hotel is just a nature stay. Though some minor lapses especially in bathroom may upset but we managed due to our flexibility. Hotel is situated on River bank and full of nature beauty. Take a Long off and stay here to gain health. Just take care of ordering food in advance.

No tv working no flush jet working and no wifi

Location is good. Room and bathrooms are clean. Food was tasty but a bit pricey.

The place was very cozy, set and was an ideal place to spend time at.
