Hotel staff was definitely superb. Now, about the facilities. On the whole, good. But, a few modifications are desirable. Room heater needs a proper positioning. It did not warm the sleeping area. The quilts need to be warm enough. Felt a bit cold as the quilt was not warm enough. The pillows were a bit hard. Food was okay. Will not say, it was great. Location of the Hotel is close to the market. As one needs to climb the stairs to enter the Hotel, not recommended for persons with special requirements. All in all, for budget travellers Hotel is okay.
