Property is at good location. Problem I faced was AC was not working properly inside the room.

Excellent location hospitality and comfort. Hotel Manager let us check out even Makemytrip team didn't pay for our stay on time during check out, we explained to hotel that we need to take flight and they allow us to go.

Nice and clean hotel,friendly staff,very well located, close to the station. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is neat and clean and breakfast served is good. They need to have certain basic things like tea/coffee maker at least in the room.

Located very close to the main train Station Room heater was not working well. They also did not provide a kettle. Breakfast was good.

Location is great. Just outside the main Station from where you can catch tram, train or bus.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is right next to the railway station. The tram stations to go around, the city is nearby too. Walking distance to the Belvedere. The staff were very friendly and quite informative. There was a decent spread of buffet for the breakfast.

We had a comfortable cozy stay in he freezing month of december. Would recommend this hotel for its accessibility and connectivity to the central Station and City centre.

Very small rooms. Bathroom is very small. At the price being offered room and bathrooms should be bigger in size. Very near to Central station around 5 to 10 mins walk.
