Good Stay
Property is good and location is breathtaking facing the valley. Room is spacious however House keeping staff is not upto the mark, very slow service had to call 2-3 times to get things done. Overall good stay

Worth the stay
The last mile connecting road wasn’t so good. However, once u reach the property, you will realise it’s worth the drive. The property is big and has rooms with different views. We had front facing view which has an awesome landscape view. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent Stay
Great Experience, Great Location, Great View. The resort was kind enough to give me an upgrade of room with a jacuzzi! There was a miscommunication with regard to the Hi-Tea offerings and the hotel management understood my situation promptly and exempted the amount that I had to pay due to the miscommunication. The property was good overall, but it’s not really a resort-type experience. The rooms are very close to each other, which makes it a bit uncomfortable when people are talking outside or when doors are being shut loudly. Good Stay
We had a very good stay at Sterling Munnar.Excellent location and views around the resort.We were very excited to wake up to facing swimming pool and mountains from our room.We were unlucky not to witness mist above the mountains due to clear weather.My only suggestion is dinner buffet spread shall be slightly improved.Breakfast buffet was excellent.Looking forward to come to Sterling Munnar again Thank you

Poor Stay
Firstly, the access road to the property was in very poor condition, making the drive quite difficult. Secondly, the window blinds in the rooms were broken, preventing us from opening them to enjoy the views. Lastly, the washroom was not adequately cleaned, as there was visible dirt remaining in the basin. THE FOOD WAS GREAT!! Overall 2.5/5

Stay at Munna
It is a Good Property to stay with good level activity for kids with indoor and outdoor games zip lining. The staffs are under qualified with training both in Front office and F&B. Check in had lot of issues had to wait for 40 min to get room after reaching at 3:00 PM. Food was Ok iesh Could Do Wonders and delite the customers but they do not have the intent. aAwsome experience
It was a nice experience to stay in Munnar and specially in this property. The view was excellent from the hotel. Food was really delicious with lots of varieties. The room was also very good. Special that's to Sonia & Mariappan for decorating our room in such an elegant way that we felt so special.

Pleasant stay but needs improvement
Our stay at the property was overall very good. However, we were surprised to find that the amenities listed on MakeMyTrip were not clearly communicated or made available by the reception team. Additionally, we had booked extra beds for three rooms, but none were provided despite multiple follow-ups with the reception and housekeeping late at night. This aspect of the service was disappointing and needs improvement."

overall good stay
The rooms were very well maintained, food awesome, had wonderful experience in indoor activity. Overall good except the services. They charge for pet however they will not provide rooms in main building area instead they allocat far away just solitude. Even we have to call so many times to get any services. That has to be improved.
