Thank you Sterling, Munnar
The resort itself is a great spot with beautiful views and a small trekking route behind the resort. They offer lots of amenities ranging from board games, atv rides, and cricket. Kids have nice little spaces to play and I especially loved the mist painting wall idea. The food offered in the restaurant is of good quality, and I could safely offer the food for my kids as well. The staff are very helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay memorable. A special thanks to staff members, Ignatius, Rishita, and Krishnaja at the front desk, while Amrutha from housekeeping did a thorough job and we were very glad to meet her as well as the others.

Didn’t expect this from sterling . It can do it better
Staff were good at the reception, food tasted good, huge property with fun activities ( but mostly need to pay extra) rooms we booked wasn’t given to us. We had to speak to the manager and then changed our room. Old building, premium rooms weren’t up to mark, service also wasn’t good. Food tasted good but didn’t have a wide spread. Little disappointed coz we expected much from sterling . But u shod speak about the swimming pool which is beautiful and maintained well.

Terrible Stay
The room doesn’t have the AC working ...staff are not cooperating ....got the room changed only after complaining to MMT

worst ever experience with that hotel.
Worst ever experience staying in sterling munnar. I had booked valley view privilege suite for two nights. While I was booking the hotel it showed me that I will be provided with AC and mini fridge but nothing was there. The sofa had Tears. The bathroom was smelly. Bathroom tiles were broken. The walls of the room were damaged. The balcony was not clean. I would never recommend sterling Munnar. It is sterling by name only without any service and standard of sterling. The money got wasted. The manager was also rude.

Roads to this hotel is vey bad , Frequent power cut which makes us Dark for few mins in room as ordered coffee but they take 30 mins to give . Plug points are not working so charging the phone makes difficult . need improvement in hospitality and live counter in restaurant as people stands for long time to get one Dosa

The location is awesome. food especially breakfast very good . but service was not reached upto my expectations, may be due to extreme rush. thet offer early check in, but got one room at 2pm and the next at 6pm only.

The location of property is very good , overlooking hills, valley and river. The rooms are good. They have ensured to keep guest engaged and facillitate sightseeing. The quality of food can be bit better .

Good Stay
location bit outside the Main area, However same is the USP. The last 1 km road is in very bad shape. Further resorts should specifically mention the view as the valley view rooms are wonderful but the backside view rooms don't have any view.

Beautiful property in a very scenic location
Excellent property in a very scenic location. Staff are very hospitable. Amenities are very good with a spic and span property. Food was really delicious. Rooms nice and spacious. Bathrooms also were very neat. Nice in house activities. Spa facility also is very relaxing. Points to improve: The final 2-3km approach to the resort is very bumpy and very strenuous especially for old people. The road certainly needs repair. Room service was really slow. Something that needs to be worked on.

Had an amazing stay at Sterling and thanks to Sukesh & Ignatus who took extra effort in making it worthwhile. Property is good and location is breathtaking facing the valley. Room is spacious however House keeping staff is not upto the mark, very slow service had to call 2-3 times to get things done. Overall good stay

Worth the stay
The last mile connecting road wasn’t so good. However, once u reach the property, you will realise it’s worth the drive. The property is big and has rooms with different views. We had front facing view which has an awesome landscape view. Staff is friendly and helpful.
