The room we stayed in was truly luxurious, featuring excellent amenities and a stunning view from the balcony. Both breakfast and dinner offered a delightful variety of delicious dishes. The hotel staff provided top-notch service throughout our stay. However, the one downside of this resort is its location on a steep hill, accessible via a narrow, potholed road lined with sand. This made reaching the resort quite challenging, even for sturdy motorcycles like the Royal Enfield. Therefore, I recommend booking this resort only if you have a car and are comfortable navigating a narrow road. Additionally, please note that it is situated about 16 to 20 km from the Munnar city centre. Overall, this resort is a fantastic place to unwind, offering clean rooms, beautiful views, and affordable prices.

Hotel Hospitality was excellent . The food in the restaurant was delicious. The Room had a balcony with the best and fabulous view ❤️ Room service was spontaneous and helpful..

The Velvet Clouds hotel has very good ambience, good hospitality, good support staffs, good housekeeping and good tasty/ quality food. Only concern is the route and the location is not as expected, little bit tough route to reach the hotel.
