Property's location was fine. But there was no amenities or any other recreational activities for this price point. Coming to the breakfast which is offered as complementary, this is poor when compared to other stays which I have experienced. The room was good but no amenities or any recreational activities for this price point. The swimming pool was dirty, so we couldn't use it as well. The complimentary breakfast is poor. No options and bad taste. Would not recommend it for someone who has my type of views. Thanks

It is a wonderful Hotel. Location is the centre of the munnar town. Hotel staff are very friendly. The food tastes ar awesome

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It's a good hotel with all amenities. I liked the movie theme that they have used in each room. It is located in the city centre, and has good connectivity to all major tourist spots. The food was delicious.

When asked about breakfast and requested atleast to provide fruits then floor manager clearly denied and told me have what limited food is available. As compared to price of hotel, i really feel this is nothing. I had very good experience with 3 star hotels itself. I feel it's not worth by the kind of charges of hotel

Food was good. Breakfast is complimentary but for the room tariff dinner could also have been included. Room was spacious neat and clean. But very less light in room as there is no tubelight in the room. Beautiful view from hotel balcony. Good experience

Hotel price's are little more when compared to other similar hotels still some more facilities and custermer relationship staff required arrange required facilities to the customers

The resot is located near to munnar town. We had booked executive room, it was spacious and neat. The resort is well maintained. Food was excellent. Room service is also good and prompt. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in munnar. .

Rooms are neat, but no welcome drinks, we were waiting for more than 30 mins to get the room though we reported on time. Not received soap and towels for additional bed booked, everything given after all my requests
