DO NOT DO MISTAKE BY BOOKING IT ❌❌
The way to hotel was so steep that we couldn't even reach. The location has no internet or mobile signal that we are are left with only o e choice of leaving the place. Also It was 7pm at evening so everywhere there is dark. The map was showing it is only 250 meter away but there is no light no one from the hotel is bothers that the cars/taxis may have trouble with 50-60 degree slope.

An unforgettable stay with exceptional service
The location of the property and the view were amazing, making it a great place to relax away from the city. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the food service was excellent with very tasty dishes. The staff, especially vicky, danny, and rocky, were incredibly helpful and made us feel special, taking care of us like close family members. Mr. Dileep and his wife were very friendly, and we truly felt at home with them. Thanks for everything; we will definitely come again.

Terrible Stay
familyThe resort is in a location where no network reaches . Even within a few kilometres of the resort there is no network. So, you will be lucky to find the owner or you are doomed. The name resort itself is a misnomer it’s more of a home stay. I would not think of it as any star hotel or resort. The Wi-Fi at the hotel is dysfunctional as well .. so you are completely out of touch for most of the time you are staying here Rooms are average. they charged a bomb for a very poor property The access to the resort is a steep (really steep) 1 km ride which many cars and drivers will fail to complete without difficulty. This is applicable if you at all reach there. Lastly, we went during the peak Christmas season and we couldn’t find a single soul booking the place apart from us. All alone in this resort would be a real nightmare. We left the resort within 1 hour of checking in and no refund from both the resort. This is a warning for everyone to avoid this place … the smart operator owners make it sound like the best in Munnar far far from any truth Avoid

Poor Stay
familyCamelot was a very poor experience, it was adventurous right from finding the hotel location which was not well marked n was definitely very isolated. We were first given a room with leaking roof right above the bed, rooms were definitely changed but ended up losing our balcony rooms to normal deluxe room as they had nothing better to offer practically downgrading us. No service in room after 10 as the area becomes isolated n yes i was downgraded to a room with leaking bathroom which no one headed to, food was fine n staff were courteous n helpful mostly, that's my honest review. 5

coupleThe resort is situated in letchmi estate which is some 11 km away from Munnar…the location is alluring with lush green plantations around…a well made property spread in 17 acres with a restaurant and a leisure room with indoor games and library….there are few shades with tables and chairs for relaxing…the staff is cooperative and courteous….going at the top of property you can have a mesmerising view with clouds, hills and valleys all around…regarding the fooding breakfast was just okay however the ordered dinner preparations were good and we didn’t missed out on the taste…Network is a problem..only BSNL is available…you get few WiFi signals which just manages to keep you in touch with the outside world…the room size for deluxe category could have been bigger for the price they charge …in totality the stay was good…one can have quality time with a bit of cut off from the rest of the world

Excellent stay with family
Stayed with family one day. Stay was excellent. Resort situated in letchmi estate only who thous need privacy. Silent stay from crowdy munnar. Food was superb and the morning tracking was amazing especially manager d any he was kind of person with. All over superb stay.

Top notch stay at camelot!
Such a beautiful property in the middle of a 17 acre tea plantation deep inside munnar. Heart warming hospitality from the owners, manager, and staff. Morning trek to view points is a must do! food was good too!

away from all the noises
it's a pleasant place to stay away from all the noises. They provide wifi other than that you won't be having any means of communication to the outside world. Only bsnl is having range inside the resort. The resort is situated inside a tea plantation and you would get to explore the same.

"nice rooms, location, scenery, great food & awesome host & staff. We had an wonderful experience staying at camelot resort. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this place with your friends and families. Food was amazing and we loved it. Morning treks in estate was fantastic with awesome climate around. Owners & staffs of this resort were polite and very friendly. Rooms where we stayed was also clean and well organized. We are definitely visiting this place soon again.

Great location, excellent view
I stayed for 1 night with my family. The location amidst the hills is really beautiful. The rooms were clean and nice. However, wifi wasn't available in our rooms. It was accessible in the common room but was so slow that I couldn't even make a phone call. There's no mobile range up there, not for Jio, airtel or idea. so you might as well leave your mobile at home. The food was bland, especially the non-vegetarian dishes. they don't have a proper menu no snacks available between meals. Even in the super-luxury suite they only have a few free tv channels. The staff, however, was very helpful and polite. This is a great place away from the bustle of your city life, we enjoyed our stay.
