Stay is comfortable,neat . Food is okay not great.service and facilities were good. One thing about the room we had we could clearly hear the other rooms conversation. Twin cottages which the rest of families used didnt have this isaue

The food and ambiance was too good. If you want a private stay, this is the best option. The resort was very interior and you can enjoy the forest view. the way of the road will be the best adventure part of my life..

I stayed there with my husband and two kids for two nights. Overall my stay was wonderful and memorable. There were many pros and cons.. let me listen them Pros: 1. Check in and check out process was very smooth without any delay. 2. The staffs were friendly and much polite. 3. The location is nice and the view from the balcony is top notch. 4. Room cleaning was done perfectly. 5. Food was tasty. 6. The room was spacious. Cons 1. Even after several reminders the TV channels couldn't be viewed as they were not recharged 2. The food items in the break fast buffet was out soo soon and it took a huge time for them to refill. So we were supposed to eat what was left. 3. During breakfast, it was hard to find a table to sit as none were cleaned. This must be attended soon. 4. After availing the in house spa service, I asked for jeep to drop me at room as it was heavily raining. It took more than 30 minutes for their jeep to arrive. 5. Regarding their dinner menu, they can add more south indian tiffen such as dosa, puttu, aapam etc.

The staff at this hotel asked me to put a 5 star review even before i checked out. At time of check in, they said the adventure park is included with the room. At the time of check out, they said its chargeable at 300 per head. They are lyres who want to get the customers to put a good review and give the customers a bad experience. The a/c in both the rooms had loud noice which made it hard for us to sleep at night.

The resort also arranged fun activities that kept our little ones engaged while we relaxed and soaked in the serene atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Southern Panorama Indriya Resort to families looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat in Munnar.

Hospitality, service, staff. Everything on point. However, they badly need to work on maintenance.

Loved the stay. The tree houses are located at the top of the property and a jeep service is available to get there from the reception. Beautiful view, very private. The staff are very helpful. Would have been even more wonderful had we gone during the monsoons.

My two friends and I, along with our families (requiring three rooms for two nights), stayed at Southern Panorama Indriya Resorts in Munnar. Our visit coincided with the Onam festival, and the property was nearly fully booked. First, the welcome and check-in process were quick and satisfactory, with no issues. However, the rooms provided did not meet the standards expected of a star-rated property, particularly the bathrooms, which were basic and equipped with buckets and mugs. Additionally, the breakfast service at the restaurant was poorly managed, from seating arrangements to the taste and quality of the food served. A roadside eatery would likely offer better quality, variety, and tastier food than what we experienced at the resort, which was bland and limited in selection, especially considering the cost. Notably, they seldom replenished items if you arrived after 9:30 am, as the breakfast buffet closed at 10 am. On the second day, which was Onam, we attempted to order tea, coffee, and snacks to our room, only to be informed that the resort had run out of milk—a surprising oversight for a star-rated property. After an hour or so, we finally received our coffee. For dinner that night, I called the restaurant at 6:25 pm to place an order. They initially stated they were not open until 6:30 pm, but I requested they take the order and deliver the food after opening. They initially promised a 20-minute wait, but later, citing staff shortages and Onam festivities, said my order would be delivered by 7:15 pm, which I accepted. However, to my dismay, the food was not delivered until 8:30 pm. When I inquired again, I received another excuse that they could not open the restaurant until 7:00 or 7:30 pm. The least they could have done was inform guests of significant delays. Regarding the quality of the food, most of the chicken starters we ordered did not taste fresh; it seemed as though the chicken had been stored in the freezer for an extended period and then reused. Overall, the property is poorly managed, and the service provided does not justify the expense. I would strongly advise against staying at this property unless there are no other options available.

Swimming pool cleanliness can be improved games room to be improved. The rest of the things are fine.

It was a beautiful stay, we went in monsoons and the view was epic all time. Food was decent. The staff were polite and kind. Highly recommended

we reached full green atmospheric via bodimettu until resort...Wow nice trip. After reached resort , smile welcome given by Ms. sneha 😁. Rooms surrendered with insects sounds and nature we enjoyed. Childrens also enjoyed Indriya adventure park bravely.

Stayed with family at Southern Panorama Indriya Resort for 3 days on my tour to Munnar. The experience has been quite memorable for us 1)Customer friendly Behaviour and Helpful nature of staff 2) The adventure park nearby is a value addition which you may not get to enjoy at other places. 4) Facilities inside the room was quite comfortable. But only room windows and door needs revamping 5) The restaurant ambience was quite good .Enjoyed the time spent in the pool with my kid. 6) Food provided was delicious only suggestion is to include more of Kerala cuisine in the menu.
