Located at the heart of Munnar city. All places are easily accessible. Neat and clean rooms. Had a nice time there. Everyone was very friendly. Food was exceptional. Special thanks to the chefs and other supporting staff

Had a lovely stay at Casa Montana in Munnar. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful view of the hills. The location is peaceful yet accessible, perfect for a relaxing escape. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. A great choice for couples or families looking for comfort and calm in Munnar.

Well maintained rooms are all neat and clean. Parking facility is there. Staffs are very cooperative.

Hotel room was good. Room was of good size with the extra bed for the Kids. We ordered dinner buy the specialty of Kerala which is Parotha. Parotha was very poor in taste and was hard to chew.

I recently stayed at Cloud Valley Leisure Hotel during my first trip to Munnar. Here's an honest breakdown: The property is quite old, and the furniture is outdated. Staff is polite, but you’ll need to follow up for basic services like toiletries, towels, etc. I found flies in the washroom and a noticeable bad smell, which affected comfort and hygiene. While I chose this hotel due to its location near the city center, I realized that Munnar remains lively until about 10 PM and is quite safe. So, for better value, I’d suggest looking at newer properties a little outside the center—you’ll get better views and comfort without sacrificing convenience. Taxi Service Warning I booked a cab for a trip from Munnar to Thekkady, stayed a night there, and continued to Kochi Airport the next day. They charged me around ₹40/km for a Toyota Etios, which is extremely overpriced. While they were polite initially, their behavior became unprofessional once the trip completed, and the final charges were hefty and unjustified. Advice: Avoid hiring taxis from them. Use reputed platforms or book through reliable sources with transparent pricing.

not worth it... very old ,way too higher compared with others hotels... rooms were bigger but amenities were not good compared with others... just being at the heart of the city doesn't mean to have higher priced rooms... not worth it...we paid 6k room for a room but it was really worthless... not recommended to any ...

After booking I contacted them personally to make sure everything is ok and breakfast is complimentary ,they said it's ok and breakfast is complimentary. But at the time ok checking they said breakfast is not included. I had to rearrange my schedule. And also the bathroom roof was leaking. Ok

During my stay at the clouds valley hotel in munnar, i experienced a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceedingly courteous, providing helpful information about the local area and enhancing my overall experience. The food offered was good, although i found the non-vegetarian spread to be somewhat limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful location.

The staff and service wise they were very helpful and very good . The hotel guide were informative and there was good breakfast as well but the Temple music was horrible , they were fireworks at 12.00 in the night and band music till 1.00 pm . Had a very disturbed sleep . The parking is limited , needs experts to manoeuvre , Price for the stay felt average .
