Good Surroundings, Room and Washing areas are tidy, overall super by the Side of Hotel management. Meanwhile, I had a bad experience which is not from the Secret Valley Plantation Resort management and staff, which was my car tyre was flat when I reached the property I tried to get a solution for that but I didn't get any help from the side of the Secret Valley Plantation Resort, that is not the part of their Job but expected a help from them to find a solution. I requested to all of them who are going to visit munnar, should keep at least an air pump in your car or bike, there is no facility and assessability.

I had a wonderful stay at SecretValley Resort. Anaz and the entire property staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and made sure our experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional. The property was well-maintained, the amenities were top-notch, and the food was delicious. The location was peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in comfort.

Location is away from crowd of munnar as property is before munnar. Staff is very responsive and always helpful. Breakfast is very tasty, specially the appam, banana pakoda, dosa. Lunch and Dinner could be better though. Gym is basic, swimming pool is operational. Overall value for money.

Nice ambience, good food, cleanness is great. Overall we had a great experience!

It was a really great stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the Secret Valley Plantation Resort... the Secret Valley Plantation Resort was clean and the service was good... my kids enjoyed :-)

Rooms were very clean, staff was superb helpful.. Kids enjoyed a lot.. In this budget I would suggest not to think of any other Hotel or Resort other than My secret Valley..
