The location was good. We had booked the Deluxe Room with a garden view, but were offered an upgrade to a Premium Room. However, the upgraded room didn’t feel premium, and the view was disappointing—it faced the hotel entrance rather than the garden.
The balcony door was jammed and required considerable effort to open and close each time.
The food was average—not particularly great, but not terrible either. One consistent issue was the service: items like plates, glasses, or spoons were often missing, and we had to call multiple times to get them.
The overall facilities were just okay. The parking arrangement could be improved.
In summary, it was an average experience—neither very good nor very bad.
