couldn't able to book 3 cottage rooms and the booked room is also not satisfied and the food ordered in the restaurant was delayed everytime 😕 moreover bedsheets were kinda stinky

Excellent Stay
I have booked cottage room facing pool view with family. The warmth of staff was very good. The service was very prompt and responsive. Though location is slight remote but it was all worth at the end of the day.

Terrible Stay
not a good location at all.. not worth the price.. some stuck construction project in front of it.. view from room not good at all.. no lift and very less hotel staff to assist.. it felt as if they want to close this soon.. wastage of money and won't recommend

Excellent Stay
The room was pretty clean and cozy. Had an amazing stay. Though the approach roads were a little bad due to the rains, it's located in a serene location. Only downside - the restaurant offers very little dinner options.

Just Okay Resort -
The resort is located quite far from the main road and Munnar town, with access via a poorly maintained road that takes approximately 20 minutes to drive from the main road. Munnar town itself is about 17 km away. The resort is situated at the beginning of Anachal. Food options are limited and priced on the higher side. Hospitality was average and could be improved. Additionally, the resort has a unique policy not commonly found elsewhere — access to the swimming pool is restricted after 8 PM, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

overall Good stay. But can improved with more efforts.
The rooms were spacious, bteakfast was good, and pool was clean. The food from restaurant was average. Front desk staff was not welcoming, he could have greeted with small. As it is open pool the temperature of pool water can be increased to certain degree.

A decent stay.
The hotel was fine and clean with really good cottages, food from the resturant is average and the buffet wasn't satisfactory for me because they served very cold food. Overall it is good to stay here.

Good Stay
The services and people were good. The rooms were extremely comfortable. We had an ironing table as well which really helped. The only problem was with the wifi. Range was quite bad.

Stay at Ice Queen was good. Reception and staff was very welcoming, courteous and child friendly. Property location is wonderful. Rooms are very spacious, clean and beautiful and have good functional facilities. Staff is responsive. Spacious balconies are must use feature. Though, Restaurant food options are not many for north Indians. Food was not upto expectation. Breakfast was options were good. Tea could have been better. However they are other good options for restaurant in town.
