too worst service and food is not good and my selected tree house is in danger alert due to weather which is not mentioned by the property owner and shifted to another room which is cheaper but not yet refunded any money. I would not recommend this to anyone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness made our stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was very cozy, and the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. Staff Behavior: The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Whether it was at the reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant, their hospitality was top-notch and made us feel at home. Food: The food was absolutely delicious! There was a great variety of dishes, and each meal was freshly prepared with rich flavors. We especially enjoyed the local cuisine options. The chefs clearly put a lot of care and passion into their cooking.

Beautiful resort but service needs improvement
We recently stayed at seven spring plantation resort for 3 nights and were impressed by the location and the ambiance. The room was clean, spacious, and the surroundings were peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. However, the service did not meet our expectations. Staff response was slow, and some requests were not handled efficiently. We feel that better training or more attentive customer care could really enhance the overall experience. Despite the service issues, we enjoyed the scenery and the comfort of the resort. With some improvements in hospitality, this place could be truly outstanding.

Beautiful resort located about 13 km from the city. Maintenance was poor but issues were resolved upon complaint. Promised complimentary tea/coffee was not provided, citing staff being busy.

Good place, good food, scarily quiet. If you really are seeking a very peaceful and quiet stay, go in the off season. You won’t hear anything but birds.

Nice place to stay with average food and no amenities
Wonderful place to stay. Resort is located about 12kms from munnar city. Environment is very good. Owner and staffs are very friendly and they are caring the guests in a very good manner. Food taste was average but best when compared to other resorts. Complementary breakfast is very bird and there is no variety other than poori aalo masala and puttu kadalai. They didnt even provide bread omplate which is commonly available for breakfast in every hotels. I primarily chosen this resort for swimming pool which we couldn’t enjoy. They didnt fill water in the pool.

Disaster and Disappoint
Our stay at Seven spring resort was a disaster. the room was a nightmare with old and cracked bed and other Furniture, the bathroom was actually a joke, there is no hot water, cloth hanger in it. the lack of network coverage, wifi and television made our stay a complete and utter disappointment except food. the service was non existent and the facilities were minimal.

very lousy service. front office people are non responsive. rooms have poor electric connectivity( sockets for mobile charging not working ). bathroom poorly maintained. complimentary breakfast with only 2 items. totally money is lost

I must say location was fantastic but the management is terrible, hectic food I would suggest to bring food or come after having food. the whole property is managed by only 4 staffs. no room service. I must suggest the property only due to location. it lags a good management

Good space for a peaceful say
Food and tree house location was good. Was not able to use the pool due to heavy crowd. Proper management of visitors needs to be taken care so as to make each and every visitors to enjoy and use all the amenities. Good that mobile network is not there and one can enjoy a peaceful stay. For urgency can get connected to wifi but that is also limited.

Overall good experience
familyPros(1) property located near tea plantations so one can get a good location to get pictures/ explore tea plantations. (2) it's located 20-30mins from munnar st bus stand so accessibility is good, if coming from city end. (3) the staff was polite, friendly especially mr. Mani & mr. Join who took care of us in terms of comfort stay, food arrangement etc. (4) rooms were also spacious. (5) the swimming pool is under the development stage so once it gets complete one can have good quality time with family. Cons : no fan available in the room. Honestly not required due to pleasant weather during night. If one is planning to stay at property during day time then it could be a challenge plus those who need fans during night also might face difficulty in sound sleep. (2) accessibility for reaching a hotel from the other end of the city is not good. Mostly terrain roads, plan accordingly to reach from the city end. (3) difficult to locate anything near the hotel post sunset( believe this is for most of the high hill resorts in munnar) based on both pros & cons, i can recommend staying at this place in munnar.

Right Now we are having breakfast. There are lot of people's here. Only upuma and chanamasala is there. Bread is finished. No chai at table. No milk for cornflakes. Very funny. Thankyou🙏. Upumma and poori is finished for long time

The route to the hotel from. Munnar town is mesmerizing. The route will provide u a glimpse of the beauty of famous tea plantations of munnar. Advisable to go for a slow drive in this route with selfie stops intermittently. The hotel is 10 kms away from munnar town. During season periods very cool climate is assured
