Very average stay
Very congested room with very less space to store your luggage. Location is good, is very near to the bus stand. We had to remind them to recharge tata sky though they did very quickly. Hardly u get to watch DD channels, nothing else was available to watch. Hot water was not available after multiple reminders. Overall worst experience

Excellent Stay
Staff are well behaved and supportive. The location is also very good. But if you are a vegetarian then avoid the food. other than this for me it's 9 out of 10.

A rainy holiday
The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall stay is good. Located on the main road itself. But food is too costly. Except food all other is excellent

Terrible Stay
Very small room. The telephone inside the room was just a showpiece. It didn't function at all for two days. No care was taken to fix it. Food was horrible and overpriced. Was forced to eat outside. I shall never recommend this hotel to anyone. The money taken wasn't worth it. Very disappointed

average stay
we travelled as family. the hotel was very reachable and good welcoming the following are the things which was missing 1 no 24 hrs hot water it's only 6 to 10 on morning and evening.those who are travelling from other parts directly will have to face the hot water issue. 2 through it was a buffet breakfast and same routine breakfast no kerala authentic breakfast was not available.m3nunis also not so much intresting. we have to explore other good options from next da below are the advantages of the hotel 1 easily reachable to the hotel 2 good hill view includes balcony 3 good house keeping staff especially the lady from Darjeeling who really take care of the tourists.

Excellent Stay
We stayed here for 1 night. To summarise - FANTASTIC STAY. Location- Great location, right on the main road. All local autos buses pass through here which can be used to go to nearby central market town. Checkin was smooth. Served welcome drink also. Luggage assistance was given. Room- beautiful room, very clean, had a great view of small hills with tea plantation, a small stream and a small river behind the hotel. Bathroom- very clean, had hot water and toiletries. SERVICE- Very friendly, helpful, prompt, flexible. All Staff is great. Gave contact of Local travel agent for sightseeing. Overall the hotel had high levels of hygiene even in the common areas. In the corridors they have rare old photos of Munnar from the British era which was quite unique and interesting. Overall would certainly recommend this place

Review of Hotel Hillview, Munnar - Rooms are super spacious and comfortable with all the amenities like Hot water, Intercom, Wifi, A big Parking space, Room service, Housekeeping etc. This is my stay for the second time with my family. The first time we went on a group tour and 50 to 60 people stayed here as families. The hotel staff and the management are very friendly and helpful. They even arrange a taxi or jeep for sight seeing if requested. The only thing the Hotel has to improve is the restaurant. Complementary breakfast taste is fine with limited options. However, if we try dinner at the restaurant, the prices are a little bit expensive. But, basic options like an idly or rice and rasam are absent for the kids and elderly. Also, they take so much time even up to 50 minutes for serving a simple dish such as Dal fry. Since the hotel also is 1 to 2 kms away from the main Munnar town, if people opt for dinner at the restaurant the serving time and prices are the only concern. Apart from the restaurant part which is a bit of a downer, the hotel is an excellent choice for families and couples.

Nice hotel to stay for family
Hillview munnar is a nice hotel to stay for family. I stayed there for 2 days in october'24 with my family. The hotel is well decorated and neatly maintained. The foods served were delicious. It is closely located to main market. The surroundings of the property is nice as tea gardens on hills can be viewed from balcony. The sevice was not too good as i called upon phone for service on the last night but no one turned up. The tariff of the hotel is high.
