Very good stay but the only drawback was the lack of an elevator/wheelchair access, overall staff was very friendly

Excellent with small suggestions
Property is good and location is awesome and also staff is excellent very friendly coming to room if anyone travelling in Mansoon than go for lower floor room since there upper floor rooms sounds heavy with winds flow reaming everything is awesome food is also good

Terrible Stay

We’d like to clarify that during checkout our team noticed the balcony table’s glass top was broken (as shown in our records). As per standard hotel policy, guests are responsible for damages in the room, which is why our front office team initially collected ₹1,000 toward the replacement cost. We understand you disagreed with this charge, and to avoid further distress, our General Manager personally intervened and refunded the amount in full on the spot. At no point did any staff ask you to move the furniture inside. The suggestion about moving chairs was raised by you during the discussion, not our team. While we appreciate your point about wanting to enjoy the balcony, the furniture was provided for that very purpose. There was also no unusually strong wind on the day in question that would have caused such breakage on its own. We also note that until checkout you rated your stay as satisfactory in our feedback form. We believe the unfortunate disagreement about damage charges led to the change in perception at the end. Thank you for your understanding.
Excellent Stay
we opted for Crown Suite with Balcony. Room was clean and swimming pool was great. They organised camp fire which was good. Outdoor and indoor games were limited but functional. They also arranged safari (extra charge) which was nice experience. We opted for full board and food options were great and Staff were courteous. Highly recommend

Property is located at great place. Staffs are polite, helpful, understanding & cooperative. Service was excellent. My kids loved the place.

Don’t Book
Good Property, Very Bad Service. The bed linens were not changed, I found a blood stain on my side. We were not given fresh towels, had to ask the reception. The Food was not good at all, I had indigestion, I booked for 3 nights but left the property after just one.

A+ location far away from busy munnar town
Pros - 1) clean rooms 2) excellent location 3) good breakfast 4. Cons-1) not best place if you have elderly people 2) dinner choices could be better 3) car parking is bit far from rooms if u a person who runs to car for everything 4) swimming pool access time could be longer or earlier.

Excellent Stay
Location wise it was difficult,as it was quite far away from Munnar. But the hotel itself was very nice with polite behaviour from the staffs and the best part is the food..it was simply amazing..they had a wide range of food in the menu..the view from room was outstanding..

Good for 1 night stay, average
We booked the crown suite (duplex) and the rooms were excellent. Pros : room and view staff friendliness access to main road cons: balcony view could have been better, from our room there was no view property is small, no cycles or proper area to roam/walk inside the property. it feels locked. no lift/elevator vehicle arrival area is too steep, you can't stop comfortably Food is average, nothing special. but you don't have good restaurants nearby so this is the only option swimming pool area needed more outer space and a guide to monitor.
