Review Of Riverdale Resorts

Our stay at the resort was truly excellent! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The food was delicious with great variety, and every meal was served with care. The property is beautifully maintained with serene surroundings, making it ideal for both family and leisure stays. Overall, an outstanding experience with impeccable service and memorable moments. Highly recommended and we look forward to visiting again!

location was good but the approach road to the property is very steep.certain food taste was not good.

was a nice stay... staff was welcoming food was nice close to a river n surrounded by nature only disadvantage.. it's a steep curvy drive to get from the gate to reception.. also a bit far from the munnar city

We stayed with family and explored well here and especially river water flow sounds in mid night was awesome experience. Staffs are more respectful and friendly.Thanks Riverdale Management for this wonderful stay experience...

The stay was very good..the ambience of the resort was good.the rooms are maintained well and the staffs was kind..the food provided was good ..I came to know about the property through social media.very good place to spent time with kids and family..

The resort ambience is good. Service is pathetic. Hot water is not there in the bathroom and even after requesting they haven't provided the same. Food quality is not so great.

Property is bear river , but we went in the month of January, there was no water in the river so we dints know how it looks when river is full. Property location is low in valley type means it is not in top. Out of Munnar. Cottage are average size but outside area of it not very well maintained . Room charge is high as per service and facility . Service is poor. Food choice in b fast very less as per expected from 4 star property. Book it only if you have your own car or cab .

location is good, but food is average. also wifi is a big problem and also TV was not working. unhygienic

The service was excellent, the owner was very helpful with translation from english for us on many occasions and all the workers were all incredibly kind and always eager to help. I would be happy to recommend this place to family and friends for a relaxing get away in a beautiful location.

Had a pleasant stay and location is very good. A good view of river. But room service is very difficult. Also buffet breakfast also very very limited items. Also this is 25 kilo meters far from munnar town

Location is away from the hectic traffic of munnar. Great location in the banks of a stream. Excellent service by all the staffs. Rooms are good, clean with good facilities. For once we did not find even one grumpy staff. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Food was decent in all aspects. 5 star to all the staff.
