Would recommend the stay here. Welcoming staff and friendly people. Little far away from main Munnar but it’s fine . It’s affordable and worth the price.

Disappointing experience
Apart from the food tasting decent, everything else about this place is an absolute disaster! The service and stay are pathetic. Right from the day of check-in, nothing was set up properly. Basic amenities like toilet tissue, toiletries, hangers – all missing! And even after repeatedly calling and following up, things were never taken care of properly. Their so-called “cleaning” is a joke. The toilet seats even have stains from toilet cleaner, which just shows the level of negligence and lack of proper maintenance here. Absolutely unacceptable for a paid stay. And don’t even get me started on hot water – it simply doesn’t exist here. Imagine paying for a stay where you can’t even get a proper shower! It honestly feels like guests are forced to do the job of the staff – constantly reminding, chasing, and managing basic requirements. The overall setup is careless and unprofessional. It looks like the owners have absolutely no interest in maintaining the property (since it’s split between 2–3 people who rarely even show up). The staff just seem to run things however they please, with zero accountability. If you’re considering staying here – think again. You’ll regret it. This place is nowhere close to what a guest experience should be.

The resort is very value for money! And the best thing about it is the staff! They are very helpful and they attend to all your request very diligently. Location is great, very close to Macofa. The resort itself is very beautiful and the view is amazing too! Great stay, great hospitality.

our overall experience at this hotel was not good.Very less options in midnight Eletricity was not there for 3-4 hrs and also no one responded when we called at reception.room was spacious but there was no ventilation in room.

family with 1 kidProperty location is good, away from city chaos but very far main Munnar. Although there are many activities to do like watching kathakalli and martial art show. Good restaurants near by. Boating and other water activities also available. Room was quite basic but good view from all rooms. Service a bit poor but main caretaker Mr Sajith was quite helpful. Very basic breakfast. No other amenities in resort. Swimming was not usable.

We had booked suite room for family but only a deluxe room was provided. There was no proper mattress or blanket for the third person.

Excellent Stay
The stay is beautiful. The staff is polite and humble. Very helpful. Nice people. Breakfast i included and dinner is available but for dinner they charge. Dish prices. The view is pretty and the stay is good. The pool is common. Everything is good.

We had a terrible experience staying here. The rooms were not clean and were full of flies. The rooms are not really worthy for the money.

Untidy and unprofessional
Overall an average stay, better hotel or resorts are available for the same price near to munnar, this hotel is far. Pros- outside appearances and looks are ok, room is spacious for couple, few staffs are helpful but not all. Cons- unhygienic and untidy. Room was not clean, it smells foul, bedsheet had stains. Picture displayed for premium room is different to the room we got, but ok. The breakfast served staffs on 4th jun e was very unprofessional, acts as all customers are staying freely in the hotel. Swimming pool is small, just 4. 5 m best for people age 12-20. Lot of insects. The hotel was leased 3 months back by some new people, and currently its not the best to stay in munnar

Pleasant experience recommended for couples, not recommended for 50 above
familyAbout people : hemant and jose were very helpful they provided guidance to local spots and provided foods and teas as per our request. The chef was awesome, we had really good food there. About stay : we stayed there for 3 nights, the view and facilities like swimming pool, park, food was very good. You would love to stay in room rather than roaming out. 2 challenges we faced, from munnar to room you need to cross anachal, the road is really steep, locals find it easier with car, but it would be very challenging for people outside kerala. Another one is, to reach your room from resort parking, we need to climb a steep slope, it was at-least 30-40 degree angled, very hard for aged to climb. Thanks to hemant to drive the car to our room every time (twice a day) for parents. Overall a great experience, recommend this for young couples, not recommended if we have aged parents >50

Poor Stay
Room services are not good. Refrigerator not in the room, but they are mentioned in the booking there is a fridge in the bedroom. Asked for xtra tea bags and sugar they are not provided. Ordered an egg omlet delivered after and half hour. Its very poor treatment at this rate of rooms
