Overall, the stay was fine but not up to expectations. The food quality was average, and the dessert I ordered after dinner wasn’t delivered on time — they forgot the order and sent it later. The room was comfortable, but the bed was quite hard in some spots and could use better cushioning.

The property is good and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The food served was very relishing. Room service was prompt and rooms overall were quite spacious and was close to the nature as well. Would recommend to all..

As mentioned it is 25 kms from munnar. it has its own beauty the ride itself is worth the travel. the resort provides / arranges jeep safari through deep jungles. Has has food and good facilities . Thank you.

Food is good but the bathroom closet seats were loose and the bathroom door lock was loose and couldn't lock the bathroom door we were family of four so adjusted

good experience swimming pool was nic atmosphere also good than expected and also they were arranged an camp fire
