Excellent Stay
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. A special mention to Mr. Sujith from the F&B team for his excellent service. Although the bathroom was slightly small, the food quality was very good. The pool was properly maintained, and the presence of a natural valley within the campus added to the charm of the property. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and well worth the price.

EXCELLENT STA
We had an amazing stay at Bamboo Dale Resort, Munnar! The staff Mr Sujith and the team arranged a beautiful candlelight dinner as we requested, and it was perfectly executed — romantic ambiance with a stunning view of the waterfall. The whole experience was peaceful and memorable. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely choose to stay here again!

Awesome experience and the resort staff are very good and service is top notch and the scenic view is awesome but during summer in day time there is no ac in the tree house but at night the temperature ho down too low but over all best resort to stay in munnar in this budget

Rooms were good not excellent, location is yes ofcourse at quite a distance from main city road... property is under construction near restaurant and behind pool area..At this time of the year there was no waterfall so no view from tree house.. However overall nice and comfortable stay

The stay was ok, not much as the hype. The rooms were average based on thr cost of the rooms. You can find better rooms at this rate

Poor Stay
Resort is not good. There are no amenities other than a swimming pool. Fans were not working in the common area. Foosball table was broken. Chi counter in the evening closed very early and no other option. The water in the bathroom was very very slow. Unclean infrastructure and you will feel the dirty smell all around. Not worth booking this place when a much better stay is available nearby. It was our mistake we booked here and not at all worth the money.

Good Stay
Good property, we will feel really close to nature, there is a private waterfall, i feel it would be even better to visit during rainy season, dinner and breakfast was really tasty, staff was very courteous. Overall it was a very nice experience.
