The property was nice and clean...gave us a free upgrade...staff was helpful

It was very worst expirence in trivers. The expectations in the view of photo is not same in the place and the food cost very high. Rating only 2star

Food was very poor High rate Chicken was not fresh

Breakfast excellent and staff very friendly. Room was not clean as expected and no view from the balcony it’s like you can see some car parked and people near to your balcony

best place to spend with family and the balcony view in top level is ultimate. restaurant food and service was too good. receptions staffs was very humble and helpful... WORTH FOR MONEY in munnar.

Overall stay was average. They upgraded room from delux to suit. But some basic things are missing like handwash in bathroom, no dray for soap in bathroom. bathroom floor are slippery. food is spicy not suitable for kids

this has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had, how this hotel got a 4 star rating has to be investigated. Firstly our blankets were dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned. Service was also poor with the staff having a high horse attitude. How can you not like fill the tea when it's over.

It was a pleasant stay in Trivers. The staff are polite and friendly. They made our stay a memorable. Pool is cleanly maintained but water is very cold during rainy days. Ambience is great , Thanks for making our trip memorable

Smell in bathroom, booked for larger room and provided small and they told they upgraded the room

Room is Spacious location is nice property is very good. staff is super helpful they upgraded the room and also helped for everything as we where travelling with Infant. my car broke down and the staffs helped to call a mechanic and got the car fixed. Nothing to complant food is also very good. the breakfast menu is not big but decent and good

Trivers Resort Munnar Location was easy accessible and facilities was good.. Food was ok..
