Location was close to munnar. Views from the balcony was mesmerising. I really enjoyed my stay. Their service was quick. The staff was very humble and helpful

Good hotel. Buffet is below the bar I would say. In room dining or a la carte is very good. Hotel staffs are very courteous. Views from our room were definitely the highlight of our stay. Would recommend this place but not the buffet.

Just 10kms from the main Munnar City...Good & quick food available in the hotel (I am talking from vegetarian POV). Good access to things.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at Munnar Queen this week. The experience was truly memorable! The hotel offers breathtaking views of the hills, which added so much charm to our trip. The staff were extremely supportive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious. We also loved the clean and well-maintained swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Thank you, Munnar Queen, for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar!

It was a family vacation, wife and 2 kids. The location and view of valley is really awesome, the hospitality and friendly nature of the Resort employees is really appreciated. Breakfast was good and perfect. Restaurant food for lunch was ok and fine, however if you wish to have something different you have restaurants near to this restaurant. The play area on the top floor was very marvellous, swimming pool, games and gym on the last floor was very nice. Munnar town is just 8kms from the resort and tea plantations view near to this resort is excellent. Overall I would rate this as 5 stars

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is nice and scenic. The staff is good. The restaurant food is good. There was a problem with WiFi in our room which was a glitch otherwise we enjoyed the stay. Thanks
