Our 3 days stay at KTDC Tea county was just amazing.. a 10/10 experience. The location of Tea County made it easy for us to explore different directions of munnar. The whole service, food, hygeine, hospitality, the indoor and outdoor aesthetic appearance, stunning surroundings and welcoming atmosphere.. everything is so commentable. We honestly recommend them to everyone. Happy Holidays!!

Our stay at Tea County KTDC, Munnar was truly memorable. The rooms were extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing ambience. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured every need was taken care of. The food quality was excellent with a wide variety of flavors. Truly the best property in Munnar!

This place is in central Munnar and nearby to all eateries etc at a walking distance and bus stand etc. Staff is courteous and management is super responsive. Had a great time staying here with my family.

We stayed here for 2 days. The property was good and well-maintained. However, there was no shade facility available between the restaurant and the rooms, which made it very difficult to cross the passages during rain. The food quality and variety were below average.

Stay at KTDC Tea County Munnar was really good. Even though it's very close to the hustle and bustle of the city, the resort is on a steep hill. So the view is amazing. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are polite and helpful. It is amazing to see a government affiliated resort so well run. The spa was amazing too. But a bit on the expensive side. The breakfast menu was excellent. The only disappointment was they didn't have Kerala sadhya or meals. They didn't have other Kerala cuisine specialities like avial etc. But I guess it's menu was designed to cater to the north indian crowd. Overall I would rate it as one of the best value for money stay in Munnar.

Good location and service, average food which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are old but well maintained. Overall worth the money charged and perfectly adequate overall. Just don’t expect 5 star luxury.

Overall experience was memorable at KTDC Tea County, Munnar. Location is fabulous right in the top of the city. Facilities are good. Food was good and tasty. It’s worth to stay here.

Overall stay at the property was good. The location offers great scenic views along with very cooperative staff. Breakfast options were good, dinner buffet needs improvements with inclusion of more options as well as improvement in the quality of food.
