Hotel rooms are not tidy there were insects in the room Breakfast was good

Good hotel for small stay, location is good for Indians as it is near to 3 to 4 Indian veg restaurant,

The reception staff were a little less helpful and arrogant. The ladies on the reception were very helpful and guided us with the tours and packages.

Nothing matched to standard of 4 star hotel rating. The breakfast was pathetic and the room were so tiny. The bathtub was broken and bathroom door was not getting closed properly l. Air conditioners were off all the times in lobby area inspite of 37 degree Celsius temperature. The passage to room was so shabby.

Breakfast was average, with same menu all 3 days. AC cooling was very slow. Housekeeping was also average. Storage was insufficient.

Wonderful experience very courteous staffs. Check in and check out process is very very smooth. Overall five star.

The hotel was not the pay we spent..no Mnibar, no dustbin. stinking room...what not. I would recommend no one to stay here

Very bad experience.. No room service available.. Except the kitchen staff no one was helpful rather there were no other staff to be found.. It was mentioned as a kids meal available while booking but nothing of that sort was present..The room is not at all the same size as shown in the picture.. Very small room..Reception never picked up the phone when called for help.. Not at all a 4 star hotel..

The stay was comfortable as the hotel room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also neat, clean and spacious. The hotel is in the old quarter which is great if you are booking any klook tours as they pick and drop you at the hotel. The breakfast is a highlight if you are a vegetarian as it has many veggie options. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others too.

If you on a budget then this hotel is fine as I only stayed in this hotel for few hours as our flight from Delhi arrived in the morning. So I need to rest till the time I checked into my actual hotel. On arrival I only saw Indians in that hotel .. so I presumed they must have Indian food in there menu. The rooms are average nothing fancy .. as i said it’s a budget hotel.

The room was upgraded by MMT but we did not get any such upgradation there. The room that was allotted to us had a broken door and was smelly. We requested them to shift us to another room and that room did not have any window! Breakfast also did not have many options just 3-4 items which were repeated everyday.

Need to improve there breakfast standard and need more safety measures for room doors staff is good

There was no swimming pool inside the hotel. However, while booking the hotel, i was given an option of booking a poolside view. The same was booked by me but when i got there, there was no such room. The room that i was allotted did not have a window. Breakfast options were very few and menu was repeated almost everyday. The amenities were not at par with the room booking amount.

Pictures are misleading, shabby and stinking hotel. I just checked out as soon as i checked in. Dirty elevator, bugs in the lobby.

The room that we booked wasn’t provided to us. Even after complaining multiple times, they didn’t bother to address the issue. Thankfully we just had to stay for overnight for transit and not longer.

Services of mmt are excellent. Your offers are unbeatable.

The ambience was good. Comfortable stay. The food was good too. Location is near city centre. Everything was accessible from the hotel.

Excellent hospitality and service, very clean rooms and premises. Staff behaviour is very good and very helpful and assist you for any queries. Breakfast is very good and tasty. Rooms are spacious and very clean rooms and bathrooms. Nearby to old quarter and it is in a very good location. I loved this hotel and overall good experience.

The stay here was not that good, rooms were very small including the lobby the lobby between the rooms was too small @breakfast the juices were finished before the time and the incharge there told it will not be filled again flow of water in shower was very slow in addition view from rooms on back side is not very good
