Proper t location is good, bang in the old quarter, near lake. Near by indian restaurants, kfc, pizza restaurants. Breakfast is not buffet, but a la carte. Limited choice but good for all nationality. Services available was spa, car to airport pickup and drop off, of course on chargeable basis.

We checked in as a couple. Our experience with the Hanoi La Selva Central Hotel was great. Specially the person at the reception was very helpful.

The location is excellent, Lake n water puppet show is 1 min . Staff is very cordial n helpful. Good breakfast options in Hanoi La Selva Central Hotel , lots of cafés, sd hops n spas around, on weekends, there is night market.
