Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel

The property is very conveniently located in the heart of old quarter, Hanoi. Walking distance from the hoan kiem Lake, water puppet theater, beer street, and the main restaurants for touristy Hanoi. Also most trips (like Halong Bay, Nonh Binh etc. ) start from the old quarter so this is a good location to be in. We had booked the city view suite with balcony. Room is quite nice, clean and well maintained with a good balcony. The staff was extremely helpful. Special mention to jasmine for going out of her way to help coordinate with tour operators for our missed buses and last minute travel plan changes. Breakfast spread was good but could have been better (especially since my wife is a vegetarian veg options were fairly limited).

the room we stayed was good, the wall had some amazing handmade paintings. The staff was really good especially the lovely lady at the reception and Ariana the restaurant manager of the rooftop restaurant. Although the restaurant shuts early around 10 so please be mindful. location is pretty good as it's in old quarters and the staff is extremely courteous

Hotel is situated very near to Hoan Kiem Lake and night market. Perfect choice for tourist and business travelers. Restaurant, supermarket, everything reachable.
Staff was very cooperative. I will stay again in the same Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel.

It was a great experience. It's near to all places of visit in old quarter and the staff was courteous a and helpful. Though small, it had a luxurious feel the the stay

The Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel is located at Old Qtr and at walking distance to temple, amenities and beer street. Staffs are well behaved and too friendly. Than, Rosie, Jessica were really helpful.

It is a wonderful place near to the lake and lot of restaurants. Its own restaurant is amazing too.

Excellent location as the Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel is very close to the lake and the staff is very helpful, they also help you by arranging tours. The Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel also serves complimentary breakfast which is also good
