property s huge. location is walking distance to the main strip that is in between novotel and sun world. anybody looking to book this property can be sure of the location aspect. its a grand property. has different wings for apartments (also called villas) but really a room which is separate than the rooms inside the Royal Halong Hotel main wing, within the premises of the Royal Halong Hotel. staff is super sweet, welcoming and go out of their way to help with things that they dont need to bother about.

The staff especially lanang was very helpful and was kind enough to upgrade our room to sea facing. The manager mr hun was also very nice and speaks good english. The buffet breakfast was also with a lot of choice and the staff was very courteous and obliging! the buffet breakfast

Splendid property, truly value for money. Convenient location from halon g bay marina and prime locality. 7 star ambience and facilities with super delicious breakfast. Really nice place to stay in ha long.

Good breakfast. Good rooms. Very bad location. Not a single shop in vicinity. Whole area looks like ghost town Royal Halong Hotels in vietnam charge for spoon, dish and everything possible at the time of checkout.

Peaceful location with all aminities - traditional message center, casino, good restaurant and walking distance from beach & food street. Must spend time place with family & friends at well affordable price and most helpful staff.
