Doris Cruise

Overall a nice cruise experience. However, the food options were very less and they always promote ordering food except the package so that they can earn extra money.

We booked this Doris Cruise. and paid extra amount just to get Panaroma view which is full view of the sea and a bigger room. but the one we got was a small junior room. we showed our booking details to the hotel staff. but the guy kept arguing that they provided us a bath tub? what is wrong? we didn't ask for a bath tub? we asked for a bigger room and we paid extra amount. and you people give a smaller room and argue that you have provided a bath tub? that's not fair right ? please don't loot people like this. over all food is great.

Doris Cruise is just an average Cruise with pretty average amenities and there is nothing spectacular about the experience to write Home about, Also it is almost 3 hours transfer one way fro. Hanoi which is quite frustrating

Cruise was pretty good. Except Kayaking activity there wasn’t much to do. They should add a couple of more exciting activities in the night or next day. WiFi service needs improvement. we are family of 3 people with 7yr old kid. We got upgraded to triple room. The transfer from Ninh Binh and to Hanoi was very comfortable. the bed were comfy. only feedback on food.. since my son is small, the options to add more kid related menu accordingly.

Wonderful experience. Very well organized with a number of activities for everyone. Cruise team was very efficient and always ready to help. All meals had variety but mainly focused on Vietnamese cuisine.

Staff here is very friendly, but overall its an avearge experience as veg food options are very less, specailly indian people may not enjoy food. Booking a day cruise is better option than an overnight stay. Not worth for money. All the activites in ha long bay can be done in a day tour also.

Best cruse stay at halong bay, though this is the only one where i have been yet. Overall hospitality, food and the rooms are really good. I just felt them rushing fkr the activities and dinner was really early i. E. Around 7 pm.

This was a surprise find as i could not find many reviews online. The cruise was really good. Itenary - 4/5 (could have kept snorkeling as an option) food - 5/5 hospitality - 5/5 (the staff really went out of their way to help all the people) cleanliness - 5/5 comfort - 4/5 (just nitpicking, in reality it was a very fine stay) in summary, would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a boutique cruise on ha long.

The cruise was very organized, they followed schedule, was clean and neat too, food served was very good.

The cruise ship is good but certain things like the provided slippers, towels etc need improvement. The kayaking, swimming and boat ride to the cave activities were nice but felt somewhat rushed. It would have been better to devote more time for them. Buffet spread was decent but choice of desserts was quite less. Also, some of items ran out much before the buffet closing time! the staff tries to sincerely serve you but are handicapped by their command over english.
