Due to visa problem we couldn’t make out to come to vietnam for the dates we had planned, an when we convey same for other stays they where ok with the reschedule and you guys didn’t accept it. The visa issue is not related to us it was related to your government embassy and you didn’t show us a courtesy to reschedule and we lost more than 540 dollars. This is really a shame for you guys for not accepting. Don’t ever treat your customers this way.
